STEP 1: Put a saucepan with water on the stove.
STEP 2: When the water starts to boil, add 2-3 peeled and cut into chunks potatoes.
STEP 3: Cover the saucepan with the lid and cook potatoes until ready.
STEP 4: Take out boiled potatoes into a deep bowl.
STEP 5: Add a pinch of salt.

STEP 13: Sprinkle the top with the cheese grinded on a coarse grater.
STEP 14: Stick the edges of the dough together and make the balls.
STEP 15: Once you have the balls, put them to chill a little.
STEP 16: Put the frying pan on the stove, pour sunflower oil into it and heat it.
STEP 17: Put the balls into the frying pan and fry them in oil until golden brown from all the sides.
STEP 18: Put the fried balls on a plate.
STEP 19: The dish is ready.
