Spaghetti bolognese is one of the most famous Italian dishes which gained popularity thanks to the bright combination of taste, satiety, and ease of cooking. Pasta with meat sauce bolognese can brighten any table – both festive and everyday.
STEP 1: Put the pan on the stove.
STEP 2: Put 1 teaspoon of butter in the heated frying pan.
STEP 3: Put chopped ½ onion into the melted butter.
STEP 4: Mix onion with butter and sprinkle it with a pinch of salt.
STEP 5: Having mixed, take 1 diced carrot.
STEP 6: Add the carrot and diced celery.
STEP 7: Mix all the vegetables and shift them to one side of the frying pan.
STEP 8: Take 500 g of minced beef.
STEP 9: Put it into the pan to the vegetables and fry a little.
STEP 10: Having fried minced beef a little, mix it with the vegetables.
STEP 11: Add 200 g of red wine and stir everything.
STEP 12: Then, add chopped tomatoes and stir it over again and gently spread with a spoon.
STEP 13: Put slices of mozzarella cheese on top.
STEP 14: When the cheese melts a little, take dough balls and put them on top.
STEP 15: Having put the balls, take a brush and oil them with garlic oil.
STEP 16: Put the frying pan into the oven for 8-12 min. at 200 degrees.
STEP 17: Take them out of the oven.
STEP 18: The dish is ready.
