STEP 1: Pour 300 ml. of warm milk into a deep bowl.

STEP 10: Having mixed, knead dough with hands for 5-7 min.
STEP 11: Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place to rest for 45 min.
STEP 12: Sprinkle a table with a little of flour and then again knead the dough for 1 min.
STEP 13: Cut the dough into 4 parts.
STEP 14: Take one part of the dough.
STEP 15: Sprinkle a table with a little of flour and flatten the dough with a rolling pin.
STEP 16: Put round spring form on the flattened dough and make a circle.
STEP 17: Take melted chocolate and spread it on the circle of dough.
STEP 18: Put aside and do the same – flatten, make circle and spread chocolate – with the following three parts of the dough.
STEP 19: Put 3 flattened and spread with chocolate circles one on another and cover them with the 4th one.
STEP 20: Put again round spring form on and cut off the edges of the dough.
STEP 21: Having cut off the edges, take the form and put the resulting circle on the baking dish.
STEP 22: Take a cup or a glass and put it in the middle of the circle.
STEP 23: First, with the help of a knife make 4 cuts and take away a cup or a glass that was in the middle.
STEP 24: Having taken it away, make small cuts with the knife.
STEP 25: Then, take every little cut and twist it.
STEP 26: Having twisted, you’ve got a flower.
STEP 27: With the help of the brush, cover it with the eggwhite.
STEP 28: Put it into the oven for 15-20 min. at 180 degrees.
STEP 29: Take it out of the oven.
STEP 30: The dish is ready.
