STEP 1: Put a frying pan on the stove.
STEP 2: Put minced meat into the pan and fry it until ready.
STEP 3: Add cubed onion.
STEP 4: Having fried onion, mix it with the minced meat.
STEP 5: Having mixed, add tin tomatoes and a little of the crushed garlic.
STEP 6: Add a pinch of oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
STEP 7: Having added all the spices, mix it all and stew for 3-5 min.
STEP 8: Then take the frying pan with the prepared minced meat away from the stove.
STEP 9: Take a deep bowl.
STEP 10: Put ricotta and mozzarella into a bowl.
STEP 11: 2 tbsp of grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
STEP 12: Add 1 egg and a little of salt and pepper.
STEP 13: Mix everything with a fork.
STEP 14: Take a baking dish and put 2 sheets of fresh lasagna dough into it.
STEP 15: Cut the sheets of dough in halves.
STEP 16: Having cut the dough, take a frying pan with the cooked minced meat.
STEP 17: With a help of a spoon put the cooked minced meat on the cut sheets of dough.
STEP 18: Put the cheese mixture on top of the minced meat.
STEP 19: Having put everything, roll every sheet in a tube.
STEP 20: Put the rolled sheets in the baking dish, and put 1 spoonful of minced meat and cheese mixture on top.
STEP 21: Sprinkle a little with parmesan.
STEP 22: Put in the oven for 12-15 min. at 180 degrees.
STEP 23: Take it out of the oven and put on a plate.
STEP 24: The dish is ready.
