If you are tired for thinking about what cook for family dinner we have a great idea for you. It’s a shepherd pie with minced beef, Worcestershire sauce and potatoes. It’s easy meal that you can cook fast and at the end – please your relatives.
STEP 1: Put a frying pan on the stove.
STEP 2: Add 1/2 cubed onion.
STEP 3: Add 1 cubbed carrot and mix it with onion.
STEP 4: Having mixed, add 500 g of minced beef.
STEP 5: Mix and cook until the beef is ready.
STEP 6: Then, add 50 g of green frozen peas.
STEP 7: Mix with peas, add 1 tbsn of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tbsn of thyme.
STEP 8: Mix it all and add 190 ml of beef broth.
STEP 9: Sprinkle with 1 tspn of flour and mix again, and in 3-5 min. take the frying pan off the heat.
STEP 10: Take 2 washed and dry potatoes.
STEP 11: With a fork pierce potatoes and put it into the microwave for 10 min.
STEP 12: Take out the potatoes and put it on a cutting board.
STEP 13: Take a knife and cut potatoes in halves.
STEP 14: With a spoon take away the middle of potatoes into a deep bowl.
STEP 15: Add salt, pepper, a piece of butter and a little of milk to the potatoe in the bowl.
STEP 16: Take a masher and make mashed potatoes.
STEP 17: Take plastic zipper bag and put mashed potatoes into it.
STEP 18: Close the bag, cut off the corner with a knife.
STEP 19: Thus we made a piping bag.
STEP 20: Put potatoes without middle on the baking dish and fill them with the prepared minced meat.
STEP 21: Squeeze mashed potatoes out of the bag (out of the piping bag we made).
STEP 22: Put it into the oven for 15-18 min. at 200 degrees.
STEP 23: Take it out of the oven and put on a plate.
STEP 24: With a knife cut in half.
STEP 25: The dish is ready.
